Exactly this quarantine is taking me crazy but starting next week I'll do much more exercise and I'll start working as well what should help me stop craving sugar and be more active too

Yes, it's a real pain this quarantine - I'd dare to say most of us were affected by it. I know I was - back in Dec I was doing just fine. Then I put everythihg back again and more.
