been trying hard with what I eat and doing exercises. I weighed 94.30kg 5 weeks ago. I only weigh myself every 2 weeks so that it doesn't become obsessive.
81.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
