Kind of hit a standstill and always weighing about 53.1 - 53.6 each time I weigh myself. I think I’m starting to build muscle with the amount of exercise I’m doing so scales aren’t too reliable in comparison to how my body looks
53.3 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
