This lockdown is killing me ,I know I’m aloud out now but I am so anxious and scared of catching this virus ,I have a new grandson due in 6 weeks been waiting for this day for so long I don’t want to jeopardise not being able to see him when he’s born so for now it’s staying in and the weight goes on I’m afraid.Hope all FS friends are keeping safe have good weekend all 🤗
123.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So whatever you need to do to soothe your mind, if you feel safer staying in then that's what to do, whatever gets you through this time, and there's lots of stuff you can do indoors to keep active, YouTube and Amazon Prime video has loads of fitness videos, dance, tai chi, yoga, meditation, gets u up and moving and distracts you from the outside world,hope u find your calm ♥️❤️

I get the feeling. I'm not happy with the lockdown easing and now more people are out I'm finding I'm staying in more. my weights increasing too but im going to try walking up and down the stairs for 10 mins a day again to get steps in and for a good leg workout. last time i did it I could really feel it.

I can totally see where your coming from there! Don’t limit your self to much just try to make perhaps healthy swaps then during this time, you know like fruit instead of chocolate fish instead of fatty meat, poached egg instead of fried etc etc and if not don’t beat yourself up about it! Being a nanny is so much more than a few extra pounds x
