just changed the baterries in the scales as the last weight didn't seem right so well happy with that!
108.8 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done! Perhaps I should change the batteries in mine if that's what it takes to lose that much in one go😂

Forgot to mention, had my first hair cut and shave since Feb so that was probably a couple of pounds 😂
