Not my best day. I didnt track anything, and I didnt go to the gym. I had some work to do around the house and we dont have air conditioning so it really saps you. Im debating about going tonight. The Tuesday coach doesn't like to open the doors to "let the heat in" and I cant stand how stifling it can get. I brought my yoga mat for yoga over lunch, but its also nice enough right now that maybe I should walk instead... and this indecisiveness is my downfall in general haha.
115.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
