Thank you although my goal was to lose weight at somewhat of a slower pace haha - I know it perhaps sounds a little bizarre but my intentions are to preserve as much muscle and resultant strength as possible

I guess it's rather tricky for me to get the balance between food intake and exercise/calorie expenditure right
