2 more pounds off this morning for the week, down to 172 pounds (12st 4). That's almost 6 pounds off for the month with still 10 days or so to go!
Hoping I can reach 170 by the end of the month. Ideally I want to shed as much weight as possible during the summer months because due to the longer daylight hours we tend to be far more active, and thus burn more calories. Whereas come winter and the shorter daylight hours keeping active is more of a challenge.
Of course today is the Longest Day, so best make the most of it.
