So to date I’ve lost 5lbs since lockdown, -1.0 kg BMI now 23.1, -2.6% fat index, -2.2kg fat mass.
Happy yes because I still eat what I like but I eat simply. Lentil
and pea flour pasta (no sauce just stock cubes for flavour) I eat no more than 1500 calories and 1200 on an exceptional day. Almost kicked my comfort eating into touch. Guilty pleasures:- halloumi and chocolate eclairs

63 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
