Yesterday I went to a local mall that has two levels to get in my steps because it was raining. The mall is a favorite place for walkers in my area when the weather is inclement or too hot. I ate well at 102% of goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF down 0.2%
69.0 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good going and wise move on keeping out of the rain. I live in such a dreary spot so often, so walking with wet feet and a raincoat is pretty darn normal... And I hate it! 😁
