A welcome 2lb drop this week - down to 12st 6 (174lbs).
Seems no longer eating or drinking calorie-rich drinks before & after certain times of the day appears to be helping.
Would love to reach 170lbs by the end of June, and possibly reach target (165) by end of July. But no rush to be honest.
My ultimate target is 155 (11st 1), which I probably won't manage until October/November time. And it is towards that time of year where I historically put a lot of weight back on again. Although I don't think I will allow myself to do that this time!
