Yesterday I ate way under goal, exceeded my current protein goal but did not meet each of all my activity goals. BF down 0.3% After reading a post by Diablo and looking at my diet calendar, I decided to increase my protein goal starting today. I frequently exceed my current protein goal so this should not be much of a challenge...

Good going! Haha! I read it too, and I have the same thought. But, it is going to be hard, hard to increase my protein as much as I probably should. I'm going to give it a shot! 😁

I have increased my protein goal but it's still not as high at the chart recommended but it is closer. I think the hardest part of doing that is to still stay within ones calorie goal.

Yes... That is the tricky bit finding low cal protein to not push the calories up too high. I prerecorded today as best I could to have a plan, but... Still not looking like more than 100 grams. I don't use protein supplements, so this will take some real focus.

Melissa I'm guilty of consuming protein supplements. My favorite is Premier Protein shakes. It's 30 grams of protein @ 160 calories...

Bill I'm shooting for 130 grams of protein now. It's based on my weight. That's a little more than 1.66 grams per kilogram...
