Turned out I had lost weight - scales weren't on the even part of the floor! Yay!
78.8 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This is a good point, Ive realised that my scales vary massively on different parts of the floor!
