So this morning I've noticed that the shape of my body changed for good. Decided to weight myself again 4 days after I weighed. Incredible 😮, couldn't believe my eyes 👀. Stepped on scales 5 times in different places, though they broke down 😅 but no, they aren't. Woop woop I lost 2 kg in 4 days without any hard work out (I'm doing just power walk 2 or 1 time a day, 1 hour walk) by drinking hot-warm water before my breakfast, playing with amount calories I'm eating and being naughty by eating 2 squares of dark chocolate at 10pm laing in the bed and watching TV 🤣🤣🤣🤣 This is just an amazing how our body works 🤪🤷‍♀️
69.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
