Not much of a loss but I'm happy with it. Haven't been active much but my clothes are looser and the little fat roll (you all know what I'm talking about!) on my lower back has almost disappeared!

Never mind what the scales say, you could be retaining water, building muscle and so forth. It’s surely about how to feel, you know you’ve lost weight, don’t get fixated by numbers, just look in the mirror. I preferred watching my clothes get slacker than a dial in the scales 😂 well done 👍
