This water drinking business is quite useful. Shall definitely carry on.

I’m the same, not a fan of plain water. I mix mine with sugar free squash. I still struggle to keep my intake up. 👍

Thanks pebbles! Yes, I have mixed it with sugar free squash today as well, just can't do it all the time because of my acid reflux😔. We can always support each other in the insane drinking of unlikeable water.😅

Plain water can a bit boring, I use a Sodastream to make fizzy water, pop some slices of lemon and lime in. Not a Gin and Tonic but less cals 😅

Ruudspark, I really want a gin and tonic now. Dagnabbit. Paul, I very much doubt that will happen🤣 but I might get used to it enough to learn to tolerate it. If I keep dropping weight like this, I can deal with water.

Stop it, you two🤣. I haven't had a drink since this lockdown mess started, and it doesn't fit in my calorie allowance. Having that drink is not worth eating cucumber all day.

One now and again won't hurt or the odd glass of wine. It didn't affect my loss and dieting shouldn't be a punishment 🙂
