Don't worry, I keep telling myself it's a marathon not a sprint 🙄

Sometimes weight fluctuates up to 0.5kg per day sometimes even when I’m doing everything right, so I wouldn’t worry 🙂

Thanks everyone. I hope it is just some random fluctuation and it will go back down.

It might just be water weight. Very regular

Also, if you are just reaching a plateau, intermittent fasting could be very useful (like fasting for 20 hours) you could eat from 10am and stop at 2pm. Watch YouTube videos on that. Especially from Dr berg

I weigh through the week and take an average from those figures, it really varies wildly especially in this heat 🥵

I'm going with water weight, it can't be a plateau in a week, not at my weight. I'll just see how it goes, stick to my calories and exercise for now before I start any fasting. Thank you for the advice and support!!

Drink water to lose water! 🤔

Strangely enough, that makes sense. I hate drinking water though. Coffee all the way. Doesn't mean I don't try, I just don't have the greatest success rate with it.

I drink pints on pints of water, I force the stuff down! Would sugar free fruit squash help? Coffee is a diarrhetic which saps water from the system meaning you may retain it more 💦😔

The squash does help but it makes my acid reflux work overtime, so can't have much of that either. Lol, I'll just have to force the water down then. Does it matter if it's sparkling?

Sparkling is all good, but acidic on the teeth! There's always something isn't there?!! My indigestion is so much better since I've stopped eating fried stuff 😀👍🍗

I keep an eye on my protein fat and carb intake ! Fibre is also really important ! You should eat at least 14 grams of fibre for every 1000 calories ...

My indigestion is bizarre, it's okay with fried things and greasy takeaways but acts up for fruit...the things that are supposed to be good for you. Coffee is fine as well for me,but not tea. Go figure🤣 Do you have a system for getting yourself to drink the water? How much should I be drinking?

I have no idea how much is recommended, but I now must drink at least 4-6 pints a day? I never believed it before last week when I upped my water intake and dropped over 2lb in 1 day.. Crazy! But could also have been a coincidence 😂

4-6 pints?! I'll set up my home cinema in the bathroom tomorrow morning and give that a go. 🤣🤣
