As requested 😁: www.glutenfreecuppatea.co.uk- it’s a webpage put together by Becky Excell. Great Victoria Sponge recipe! I think it’s just better to leave out the buttercream all together and instead put a tin of coconut cream in the fridge until REALLY COLD, then take it out and take the thickest part of the contents and whip it with a bit of maple syrup. The natural sugars of maple syrup are better and...it’s maple syrup! So YUMMY!
