Yesterday I ate under goal but ate very "Poorly" the day before at 124% of goal. It seems strange but I have seen it happen to me too many times. Several days of heavy eating may not catch up with me until a couple of days later. This seems to be the case today. I exceeded my protein goal but did not meet every one of all my activity goals. My BF is up by 0.1% and is out of range...
69.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
