Went out for a small stroll today, ended up getting lost and accidentally walking 12km to get back home instead of the 6 that was planned. It is a good thing, as I got my exercise, on the other hand my body has no idea what happened and wants to nap.
112.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 38.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
