Really pleased to have lost, especially as I have been having a dip in motivation this week! Thankfully my will-power beat my lack of motivation and I ploughed on eating the right things.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
