We are all dealing with the impact of the coronavirus very differently. Unfortunately for me, I allowed myself to go backwards, accept old ways and gain a significant amount of weight in a very short space of time. People keep telling me to not be hard on myself but when you’ve put so much effort into changing your life it is quite a kick in the teeth when you allow yourself to abuse your body again. Just like the spike that the politicians keep talking of, I’ve reached mine and I’m now ready to rebuild good habits, including meal planning and regular exercise with my PT. Thank you all for your support and your messages and likes always help me in getting the curve down haha. Andy x
