Another loss today. Now i'm conviced its water i'm losing and not fat.
Been back on my keto diet since last Friday and it's so difficult trying to avoid carbs. However, i am entering Ketosis so hopefully in the next week or 2, I will start to notice the loss of some belly, waist, and arse fat. Lol
96.4 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
