not sure why I've gained weight i have stuck to my calorie intake but nevermind 🤷‍♀️
72.6 kg Lost so far: 19.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Could be water retention. It totally messes with my weight loss. Stick with it, it will be worth it. It's demoralising but don't let one week upset your week.

It happened to me in the past when I was with WW for a long time years ago and coincided with a monthly cycle. It will come good in the long run never fear x

Thanks guys , I think it could be water retention feeling a bit bloated over past couple of days ! I eat primal, so no processed foods like bread n pasta etc . I hate seeing the weight go up as we all do. I do agree too that sometimes weights not everything , shape, musclemass etc. Not drinking as much water either . Fingers crossed for next week . On a plus side I did order some size 10/12 tops n they fit! Not been this size since my teens x

lol....love it. cathy you said yourself you diets remained on track and think its water. Us girls sometimes hold water, no obvious reason...Just our crazy bodies. you are amazing and inspire us all. x
