Went out early for my wee stroll, still embarrassed about my size. There was a good frost but sunny and no one around
147.9 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I would say 'dont be embarrased', but I know that's not realistic. I can remember many years ago at my biggest (over 20st) that my ultimate dream was simply to blend in and for no one to notice me. I wanted to be like a white tile in a wall of identical white tiles! So I will say...good for you walking and getting out, despite how you feel. That is courage x

Kay, you are doing amazing! I know exactly how you feel.. I have declined few invitations from friends before lockdown just because I was too embarrassed to meet them looking like I do (i put on a lot of weight on last year), and I feel paranoid when in public thinking everyone is looking at me and judging my size.. BUT..we have the power to change how we look and exercise will help in that goal so don't give up and one day you will be proud to outside and to show off your achievement ❤

Thanks Pixi-dust and Pebbleperson. . I know things are getting better for me and I am losing weight. I have dropped 4 dress size since Christmas. Again thanks for your kind words and support. Appreciate them Be safe

Don't ever let anyone make you feel like that. I know its easy for people to say that to you. But be strong stay positive you are doing well. Well done.

Kay - NEVER be embarrassed - I have been out in the garden just in shorts for the last few days and I dont care what people think. Yep I am what some people call 'the wrong shape' but I AM ME and if they dont like it they can go elsewhere. I once heard someone criticise a guy at a gym and he turned round and said 'OK I am fat - I can diet and exercise - you are ugly what are you doing about THAT?' People started sniggering and the guy walked away with his tail between his legs - SHOULD NEVER JUDGE OTHERS and NEVER be embarrassed by your body - YOU ARE YOU and it is the PERSON who is important not he shape.
