Had a big fat cheat day yesterday but still a good drop so far
83.4 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks folks... Just got myself a blender so I can start having a healthy smoothie for breakfast and cut out those calories before my run fingers crossed the next weigh in will be even better.
