The trend continues. I'm able to remain closer to the suggested calorie intake and not gain weight. I had been trying to do this for years. I don't know what has changed but I'm okay with it. I'm increasing my calorie goal by 100 calories.

Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 112% of my old calorie goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.2%
68.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
