4lb on . . . was actually expecting more!! I'm determined to have a 'clean' week!!

I decided to get rid of all the chocolate, biscuits and cake in the house over the weekend, it was a challenge, but I managed to eat it all 😂😂😂

Back on the wobbly wagon I go!!
82.1 kg Lost so far: 52.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
