Yesterday I ate "Poorly" (in a good way) at 117% of goal, exceeded my protein goal but again did not meet all activity goals. BF up 0.3% I'm actually having to eat more to maintain weight and body fat so I am upping my calorie goal by 100 calories...
68.1 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
