Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 131% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and missed my activity goal. BF down 0.3%

I expected to do anything but loose weigh or body fat but I did. I'm not shocked because it usually don't see changes overnight. It's seems to me that several days eating influences my weight days later...
67.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
