Once again yard work saved the day. Yesterday I ate well at 107% of goal but missed my protein goal. I did meet all activity goals. BF down 0.1%
68.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
