Totally expected. A week off plan, eating all things nice (chocolate fudge cake, cupcakes, chocolate, biscuits, crisps 🤤).
Time to get back on it and shift this gain!!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 53.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's been a stressful week, I needed to just eat what I fancied, I'm a comfort eater!! The damage is easily reversed, if I avoid the cake!!!!

We all have weeks off , and it helps to feel real again I guess .. instead of diet , diet .. I usually have the weekend off 😅..best thing tho is we can turn this around .. 👍
