I'm not quite certain the scales are reading right, but I hope they are. slowly but surely it's going the right way! I'm wearing a pair of trousers that haven't fitted for ages. really pleased! I just have to make sure I don't start snacking more when working from home...
80.8 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
