I'm dissatisfied with the way my weigh has been trending. I need to be eating at least up to my calorie goal. Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF up 0.1%
67.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

John, I've found that a tray of cherry-cheese danishes can usually turn around a downward trend ;) At least for a few days...
