Yesterday I did some yard work and got the best exercise since the gym closed. I ate under goal, met my met protein goal and for the first time in a few days met all activity goals. BF unchanged...
67.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Yard work is great exercise but tough if you suffer from allergies.

Lots of trees blooming around here. We’re getting less rain now but still dark clouds most days. Sunshine yesterday though. You are doing great John10251 !

Thanks Melissa, HCB, Fritzy, Steven, Bill and Tom!!! @ Steven, I really don't want to loose and more weight. Most of my loss has been body fat. My lean muscle mass percentage has actually gone up. I had been eating way under goal. Now, I'm trying to eat up to goal.

Thanks Bill, I'm not calling it a trend. I think it's part of the ups and downs cycle of maintenance...
