Interesting, I have lost weight. I have not written anything down, no exercise, and have eaten out a couple of times. I have been mindful, eaten lots of vegetables and home made soup on work days. The difference I think is cutting out all but 2 sweets/chocolates. I have although eaten some savoury foods instead.
Anyway today I will start recording again. I have vowed not to eat any chocolate for 2 weeks. Let's see if I can get sensible. The aim is to lose 2.6 lbs in 2 weeks.
74.2 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
