Morning everyone.. slight increase .. gym closed so need to try and maintain my muscles I’m trying to gain .. any ideas from you guys .. with my job .. I walk around 14 miles a day 😅..stay save everyone xx
88.8 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.2 kg a Week

sit ups, press ups, squats, get a chin up bar that hooks around your door frame.

I'm in the same position. I'm lucky as I've a rowing machine & my husband has proper set of dumbbells & the bench press bar. I found a brilliant app. Yes there's loads but whether you've dumbbells or not, this one has circuits for both. And workouts aimed at men & or women. "Gym Exercises", there's a picture of a man's muscular arm on it. Don't give up 💪
