One month since I restarted. Last week, I changed from CICO to CICO + two days of fasting. I also upped my activity level to what I can actually call exercise.
139.2 kg Lost so far: 23.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
