I almost peed my pants getting to the bathroom this morning so I mustve drank more water yesterday. 🤣

I feel like yesterday was a much much much better day. It wasnt perfect, but I went to DQ and got a grilled chicken sandwich instead of all of the other things I wanted.

I went to the gym last night and felt pretty good about my performance. I pushed myself on using heavier weights and felt strong.

No gym today but Ill be moving and watching my nutrition. I feel like Im getting over my slump and getting back on track.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
