I weighed myself this morning - it said I’d gained 3 lbs! However as I appear significantly slimmer than last Monday, I didn’t measure myself but I look much stronger, I’m putting this weight fluctuation down to muscle gain and fluid retention as I am feeling the PMS. Maybe I’m cheating a little but the gain really bummed me out so I’m choosing to focus on the positive 💪🏻

67.4 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
