Aarrgghh, seriously got no idea what I did, Im not getting anywhere, right get a grip n give myself a good shake, need to write everything down, n see what Im doing wrong, bloody bloody bloody xx

What’s a typical day for you?

I have porridge, grapes, raisins then nutella for bfast, all weighed out. Lunch is usually fruit or a pasta mug shot thingy. Dinner could be, pasta, chicken n rice, fish etc all weighed out. Then a wee snack if I have any calories left, wotsits, fudge, finger twix. I walk Poppy at least twice a day, work part time, d housework. Nothings really changed x

I know it sucks but lose the Nutella or twix. Or start by just halving both.

tomqsadler, Ill try that, Ill have 15g of nutella n def loose the twix lol. Yasmine15585 no finished them long long time ago thank goodness, just finished a course of new antibiotics yesterday x

It's not about doing anything wrong, it's about making small changes to see what works for you. Change just one thing, see what happens over a few weeks. Then change something else, see what effect that has. And so on. This is also not just about weight loss, it's about how you feel about yourself. Beating yourself up will quickly lead you to the biscuit tin and the chocolate. So, take a fresh look and make one adjustment. Consistency and patience will reveal the key. Hang in there!

Are you exercising more than usual? Because if you're replacing fat with muscles you'll gain weight, but still be losing fat, which is a good thing 🤔😊

Check yer carbs, looks like it could be a lot. Mind you, wtf do I know! Just find what works for you by experimenting. We’re all different. 😊
