I know I shouldn’t weigh in too often but I was sure I hadn’t put as much weight back on as I weighed on Tuesday. Anyway, today I got weighed and I was just under 15stone 1lb so I’m made up. I’m now the lightest I’ve bed. Since I started dieting again.

Tonight I’ve made a SW free mushroom soup and a chicken saag so I’m prepared for the next few days! Yey!
95.6 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
