I'm just not feeling it today so I'm taking the day off. It's been raining all day. I don't feel like eating so I skipped breakfast. I'm only doing a protein shake for lunch and then maybe a light dinner. Today is my regular gym day but I'm skipping that too. My body is sore so I'm just going to do some stretching and take it easy.

Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.1%
69.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It’s one of those days for sure, except I’m trying to get my food up lol. My calories have been way to low between meds, IF and work being too busy to eat. Definitely a resting day♥️💜💚
