Was out Saturday and I eat too much Sunday so should not have been surprised
So my goal is to get back to where I was but is a lot to lose in a week
83.8 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
