oops again. I wont let myself go over 12 stone. not sure if I'm gaining as im exercising more . still not happy to be gaining though !
74.4 kg Lost so far: 18 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Could be muscle. To be sure There is a weigh-in scale that tell you how much fat, weight, water, muscle which im looking to buy from Amazon. X

Tanita is a good make of scales. They have a wide variey. Some expensive, others not so much.
