Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 123% of goal due to late night snacking. I exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3% but is still in range...
Lift Day!!!
70.4 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
