Last night we ate dinner at an Asian buffet. I ate at 103% of goal, met my protein goal but did not meet my activity goals. BF unchanged since Monday...

Nice work! Ain't no way yours truly is coming away from the Asian buffet at 103%. More like 1003%...

Thanks Jimmiepop, there were plenty of veggies to fill me up, lots of seafood and lean meats from which to choose. I did skip the cakes and pies but ate fruit for dessert...
