Been having 250g chicken breast for lunch everyday exercising a lot more and gone back to weighing every day again seems to be working because I have lost 3kg in last 2 weeks
82 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What have you been having with your chicken, & has the chicken been flavoured with anything?

I am fed trying to lose weight I am cal counting and having 1200 a day. Will this work. I am exercising too.

Wow. That’s absolutely amazing. What I’d be asking is not about the chicken but about the exercise

To be honest there’s a Fitbit app that is meant to be 250 steps per hour and you set how many hours but one of the faults is exercise seems to count as steps so I set it to 12 hours and I’m aiming at upper body for loose skin and chest fat And it seems to be working I start at 8 -12
