3 pounds off this morning, which is excellent in its own way of course; but also takes me out of that dispiriting "200 pound zone" and into the "190s" at long last!

Another couple of pounds off and I will be breaking another barrier - out of the 14 stones and into the 13s. Fingers crossed it happens this time next week :)
89.4 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
