Today my weight and body fat gain were expected. Yesterday my eating was off the chain. We went out to eat as a Pre-Valentine's dinner to avoid the crowds. It was also a lift day. I ate "Poorly" again but yesterday at 146% of goal. I exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.2% I'm glad I had worked out...
69.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
